If I could give this place zero stars I would. BEWARE they are the worst. I ordered 2 dozen strawberry cupcakes and 2 dozen strawberry crunch strawberries for my baby sprinkle. Nothing special or difficult. It was a brunch so pick up was the day before as they would not be open before the start of my event. I received an email saying pick up will be arranged between their hours of 12-7pm, no one ever told me a pick up time. I get there around 1:30 and they tell me my pick up time is 3:30. I do not live close and it was really an inconvenience but what can I do right? I go back at 3:30 and the order still is not ready. I wait and at this point I'm irritated. As I'm driving home I realize they only gave me half my order. I call and they say they realize the error and I have to come back to get the other half because I live to far for delivery. I couldn't go back for a 3rd time so I send my sister. She kindly brings my cupcakes and they made yellow cupcakes with different icing. I call back and they tell they are closing and will call me back. I wait until 4:30pm the next and hear nothing from no one. So I call them and the rude lady tells me I got half my order because she is training someone. Then she says I received yellow cupcakes because they ran out of strawberry! Why didn't they go to the store and get strawberries or at least call and inform me of the favors available? Then I ask about the different icing. She says they changed the tip of the piping bag! Why??? that's not what I ordered. She then offers me more cupcakes. My event has passed!!! Then she offers me a $28 store credit. I would never come back here why would I take a store credit!!! As I demanded a refund she tells me their are no refunds of course. I said you ruined the look of my cupcake tower at my baby shower and ethically she should give me a refund. Of course she did not. As I got more upset she hung up in my face. SO these incompetent individuals claim to the right to make you whatever they want despite your order and will keep your money! I am warning you stay away...

I’m a relatively new resident to Oak Park and have seen this place many times driving down Coolidge. I had been meaning to stop in and check it out and I did so the day before Valentine’s Day 2021. I already realized that it was a busy time for them, so with that said, I packed a lot of patience going in. Upon going in, there were a couple people already inside waiting to pick up their orders. I walked up to the counter and immediately noticed the young lady that greeted me had no mask on at all. As I began to indicate to her that it was my first time in the store, she rudely stated that she couldn’t hear me (I was wearing a mask). So I proceeded to repeat what I had said....she did not acknowledge me as a first time customer as well as a possible repeat customer. I asked about products and specials for Valentine’s Day and she rattled off a few things but she was very clear that if I wanted anything at that moment that it would be at least a 45 minute wait. I chose to place an order and come back in a couple hours to pick it up. She cashed me out and I left. I returned 2 hours later and still had to wait about 5 minutes for my order. I ordered a 1/2 dozen white chocolate covered strawberries. Once I got home and opened the container, my immediate impression was that I could’ve done that myself and they would’ve looked MUCH better. The strawberries were mediocre, at best. I realize that it’s not strawberry season and they may only be able to get strawberries at the local stores but still nothing impressed me about what I was looking at. Upon tasting them, same thing, nothing to shout about. Definitely NOT worth $15.

This will likely be the only visit I will make to this establishment and it’s such a shame because they’re blacked owned and I was really hoping it would be a good experience that I would come to enjoy again and again. If the customer service had been good, I probably would’ve given them a second chance but I’m sorry, it’s not happening. I will either use Edible Arrangements or just do it myself. ...

I paid 400+ dollars for my daughters BIG 3 And this association was late unprofessional and rude with my order my experience and things that Happened on there end I purchased a total of 8 items and only 2 where what exactly what I ordered first off my order was left behind at the store and never made it to my party and there was no remorse or there end secondly they showed up while my party was already in session and started my incomplete table the table was cute and rushed but not what I ordered especially if I paid 200 dollars I would like to see it in the artistry of the table thirdly I contacted the owner on numerous occasions and she was acting like she was to busy to deal with the problems they created ,things weren't communicated about my character either my show was rushed they didn't do my face paint nor did my Bubble show get performed and when she finally refunded me my money she gave me back what she felt was ok 60 which my total items that I didn't even recieve totaled up to 115.00 overall I wouldn't book her she seems like she had to much on her plate and was placing the blame on her employees and I wasn't compensated for what I should have been and I felt overlooked and my baby really wanted those fish so it disappointed her which the whole objective was for her to enjoy her day ! I felt very bamboozled and that next time I would get a clear understanding with anyone before I give them almost 500 for things they will throw...
