KFC — Restaurant in Oak Park

I was so excited to go to this store. I heard that the hot wings and wedge potatoes. Both of which I loved were back. When I arrived to the store , to my surprise it was not as many people as I expected to be there. It was about 9 o’clock . I ordered the wing combo for my daughter with wedges and I ordered 12 piece for myself along with a small fry or small wedge potato . I was disappointed with mine. My daughter says she loved everything and everything was great, but my wings had been re dipped in the shorting, so now they’re overcooked and it was disgusting and I just don’t understand why if you know what’s going is it more important to sell and get everybody’s order, or is it more important to give them better food all the time with a longer wait time . it’s just sad that you have to choose because you’re overworked this one cook one cashier And maybe one manager was all they had again it’s a thumb down for me because if you can’t do it right, don’t do it close your store. My experience was terrible. My brother and i stopped and ordered food here and in all of my years of eating fast food ive never encountered such rude and unprofessional people. We waited for 20 minutes or so to receive our food and when our order was completed someone just sit it on the counter and never said anything. The caucasian crewmember was very rude and even talked about us loudly to her coworker. Then to add insult to injury the young man working the counter attempted to steal my money. There were young girls behind the counter with street clothes own who were playing and running back and forth from the bathroom to the prep area. We ordered at about 935pm the store closes at 10 so we sat down to eat while they were still open.
