Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Oak Park

The only reason Im giving this place a 4 star is because of a Manager named Terrance. I won't go into detail about what happend out of respect that he is New at that location and is working on the issues they have there ecspecially with Costumer service. And yes my issue had to deal with Costumer service and Terrance handled it and I left to avoid more drama from the cashier. So I called when I got home so I can have a peaceful conversation without someone trying to be loud and over talk. And Terrance was very professional and polite and said I can ask for him to take my order when I come back and he apologized for what happend. I will return to give this place another chance and it is because of Terrance how he carried himself and his professionalism. I think Tim hortons made a great choice moving him to this location and it seems like he wants to make things better there. I think personally he needs to clean house and ger rid of some of the workers who dont know how to treat or talk to Costumers and want to give you attitude and start drama. And hire in people who actually want a job and who enjoys there job and keeps the costumers on coming back. My wife just left this location and got horrible service from a lady who was overly rude and aggressive. She was about 30, short hair, glasses, and a lip ring. The receipt name says Twana but I know ppl ring on other tills but if it is her she needs to be let go. My wife ordered a bagel and upon receiving it, it had cream cheese on it. My wife asked why it had cream cheese and was promptly and aggressively asked if she ever visited TH before? If she did she would know that’s how we do it! My wife was taken back by her rudeness, mind you informing a guess on preparation is fine but your tone suggests your talking down to your customers. After trying to understand why this lady was talking to her in this rude aggressive tone a manager walked in to understand the situation. At this point she just left but I wanted to make sure everybody knows this lady needs to go. After looking at the comments on this page it seems as if she’s worked...

This is a small Tim Hirton's. They are only offering drive-thru series. So at certain times of the day especially in the morning the line is always packed but, they are pretty good at keeping it moving. They've never gotten my order wrong that's a definite plus. However, the reason why I only gave them 3 stars is because nothing stands out about them. The servers have never been mean but, (you know when you've been a customer and the person that waited on you just stood out to where you were like in your mind let me remember their name cause that's who you would ask if you came again to wait on you because their personality stood out how friendly their pleasant or rather just nice tone of voice.) Anyway, this Tim's they are my go to because they are convenient and for the most part consistent. Although there was 2-3 times I went and they didn't have any blueberry muffins which was disappointing....
