I will give this place a zero if I can. I was harassed by the manager today. The cashier didn't know if she needed my ID since the package was for someone else. I gave her my ID and asked her not to use my address and info because it's for another person. They wanted to know if I was her caregiver or what's my relationship to the sender. I asked if they needed to put all this in the computer and she said no.The manager started asking me more questions and telling the cashier to go by her gut feeling if she should ask for my ID or not. She wanted to know if I had a bomb in my packages. Then ask me if it's tax information in there. I told her nothing was dangerous or hazardous in any envelope. I asked her not to ask me if it was tax information in the envelope, that was very personal, and didn't feel comfortable sharing that. I told her that if it was important precautions and for safety reasons of these questions, why not have a scanner to protect from a bomb or any danger. I did not like how they left me feeling.

Service was good and employee was helpful. However I was charged $1.98 for a two page black/white print job. This file was in my email but their kiosk was not working so they had me emailed to them. When I inquired about price I was told using the computer is even more expensive. I wasn’t able to find their fees or prices online so I can’t even be sure I was charged correctly. I print randomly for work on the go at OM or FedEx never paid more than $0.21 a page. Very surprising I’m glad I didn’t have a large print order this time.

They will not deliver my package that I paid for, and they only made 1 attempt they have never returned to even take the slip off the door that they left for me, everyone I talked to when I did get someone on the line, is lieing about delivering the package that I paid for on June 7th it was an attempt delivered on June 10 2025, They said it is unsafe, I've received several packages at this address many many times. I called Monday evening was on hold for 45 minutes no one every answered I was told it was a six minute hold . I called the next morning, was told it would be delivered, then that evening while at work they changed the deliver day to The 17th of June 2025, I called again while at work and asked why I was just told my device would be delivered, Tuesday at the close of business day it wasn't here, I called again they told me come and pick it up, I explained please follow the directions you asked me to do on the site, they told me I'm on a 3rd party site . I said well how do you explain that the driver left a slip here for me to sign to get my package, the person then said by the end of the day you will get it , they lied, it is now Wednesday June 11 2025 and I sill have not recieved my item, I called the people who shipped the item and they were told it would be here yesterday end of the business day? Now its changed to Thursday or Friday. I still have not received the package as of this date, June 12, 2025 when I called after I got off work, I was on hold again they said 15min. I waited more than that, still no one picked up. They also told the sender the package would be here Wednesdsy or Thursday evening, I believe nothing at this point this is the worst service I've ever seen in my life. The workers and the customer service people are all liars. I paid for this item and have yet to see. It. They have not even made a 2nd attempt to deliver the item it is now Wednesday 8:52 pm no item. This is very evil and mean to do. They didn't want to deliver my package, and their covering for the driver. Bytheway, the slip UPS left for me to sign it never said for me to be present or anything, plus I had already did this on the site I used to track my item. I specifically stated to leave my item at the front door. The slip is still on the front door as I speak. I even asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor they never allowed me too. This is definitely not a error, this office had my item because they asked for my tracking number all 3 times and kept giving me different days to deliver it. It was also tracked there by the sender whom told me it was there, then you send me a email and write a reply to my complaint saying my compliant is at the wrong office, no, it's correct, not taking responsibility for what happened me and gaslighting me is even more offensive, yes it was this office...

Dear UPS,

So I got two different print orders done and picked this location. The first time the guys were very polite and had my order ready the other week. I guess something got mixed up and ended up getting my second batch from the lovely staff on North Ave. I will no longer go to this store here in Oak Park due to the deplorable attitude of a staff member at that location unless they are removed or fix themselves. I did not get a name, or it would be in my review. It was the not white lady working on shift around 5pm on Tuesday, Nov. 28th.

Due to my mix up that I was unaware of still(I picked Oak Park downtown location first, then I started my print order, still boggles my mind how it moved to a different store, but whatever)

I expected to pick up the next day, but I got a call while in a meeting. It was the UPS, so I didn't think twice about listening to the full voicemail, just heard my order was ready. By the time I'm done freezing my butt off walking to the Oak Park store after parking, I waited in line and then was helped by this nice young man. I feel terrible because he looked terrified my order wasn't ready. I don't know if he got a manager or what, but a lady comes out and asks for my name rudely. I gave it to her and then didn't think twice about showing her the transcription on my phone that I didn't even read. She looks at it and was like, oh that's not us no. And has some sort of audacity to tell me that "if I listened to it again, maybe I would hear it wasn't their store." In the sassiest way she could have said it.

THE AUDACITY!!! I am a paying customer! You DO NOT speak to customers that way!! Are you kidding me? I want to be contacted by this store and I would like her to be spoken to. If she is a manager she needs demotion ASAP as she showed her younger coworkers that you can speak that way to customers!! ( Pretty sure at least one of the guys standing there knew what she did was wrong, he tried to make it up by saying have a good day in a nice friendly voice as I left.) I work in customer service and I have not once used a "tone" with a customer, EVEN WHILE BEING YELED AT. Learn some patience and keep your nasty attitude out of your job, its a job. I still had to go to yet another store to get my stuff, I did NOT need that lady's attitude. All I needed to be told was "oh that's the store up north, are you sure you printed here?" I am a very reasonable person and did nothing to deserve such ignorant treatment. There are so so so many other ways that could have been handled. What an absolute joke! I hope she sees this review too, because she needs to see what her sassy unprofessional tone does in the work place(hint, it just causes issues).

Eagerly awaiting your...
