I live in the neighborhood, and they regularly hire a busker who uses a microphone/full on amp system. Which would be fine if it wasnāt for long periods with a loud speaker system. Today I called asking if they could please just turn the music down a little/he potentially not use the sound system in a residential area as it fills up entire apartment buildings. Itās not accessible or considerate to neighbors, especially disabled ones. They said heāll be there for 2 hours (in the evening) and theyād turn the music down - I heard them say to each other āa neighbor is complaining about the soundā to which the owner scoffed. They never turned down the music. I will not be returning to this store. Not sure why stores do this in areas where they want folks to be customers. Theyāre quite literally the reason I will be ill for a few days with a migraine, and itās wild how non disabled people will disregard othersā health & how...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOverpriced. Owned by a white woman who appropriates indigenous spiritual tools. Regularly hosts loud events. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: Google took nothing of mine down FYI. The review I left is valid, and yes you are breaking noise ordinances. Iām not ābringing up race and spiritualityā ā this shop is literally marketed as a spiritual shop, you sell overpriced crystals, and appropriated Indigenous terms like āsmudgingā are used in this shop. These are important things customers deserve and want to know. Iām saddened a business thatās been here a year is being so rude to multiple neighbors who have lived here much longer. I hope you get the insight and consideration you need...
