First of all, I waited until after delivery to write this review in an effort to share our total experience.

Since then, I’m happy to provide this review to let others know about the great customer experience that we had with this store and sales person. We had been searching online and at several physical stores for a patio set that would work best for our home. We narrowed it down to a set online with another retailer but decided to randomly stop by RTG in The Woodlands before ordering. Upon entering the store, we were greeted and welcomed by a gentleman named Benaly Canales (Beau) who told us to let him know if we had questions. After browsing the store, we had a few questions about available options so we reached out to Beau. He answered all of our questions adequately and also made some recommendations which were very helpful. What we appreciated the most is that Beau was patient and very knowledgeable which helped to narrow our search. Once we decided on a set, Beau thoroughly explained what we were getting, how to care for it and when it could be delivered ( which was in a week and delivered on time). I had a MUCH longer review but no one is reading all that so, here are the facts.

Good furniture costs money, and they sell A LOT of good furniture. However, they also have very affordable furniture which may lack in quality but, with the security of knowing it can be replaced free of charge if its damaged even a year after buying it.

Genesis, a salesperson who has been helping my mom and I from our move out of NY, has been (and still is) an absolute gem in the entire process. She's shown great knowledge and relatablility along with just being a genuinely great person. Genesis never forced anything expensive and always allowed us to explore cheaper options (which lowers her own commission btw). But above all she has encouraged us to find what makes us comfortable and happy and has helped us work those things into our budget.

I purchased a beautiful push back type recliner .Loved the color and size .No problem there.Salesman checked out assembly details as the chair was to be delivered to a facility.I was told simple to put together. I was ready to go.I have extensive experience in do it yourself furniture. The delivery team was prompt and courteous.Box left in room. I was concerned with warning on box 2 people needed for assembly.Very bulky, heavy. Removed from box awkward with 1 person.Was NOT informed needed to not only put top and bottom pieces together but all 4 legs needed to be added.BIG problem NO tool to place long screws into base.Had to drive to Lowes to BUY one.Return and continue assembly.Stressful and time consuming.Top piece difficult to align and attach.Then adjust tension knobs to allow for smooth operation.
