What am amazing experience. A friend referred me to Texas Mattress Makers. She found them after having trouble finding a mattress that worked. Once she found Texas Mattress makers she could not stop recommending them. My current mattress is older than I even realized. My husband and I decided it was time for a change and popped into Texas Mattress Makers and are so happy we did. We worked with Crystal and after just a few questions she narrowed the selections down to those that would work for our sleeping style, comfort level, and pocket book. Crystal was very knowledgeable about the inventory in the store. She kept us on track with the elements we said we were looking for in a mattress as well as listening to our response to each one we tried. As she heard our comments regarding the feel or the mattress, and the comfort it provide in areas of the body she was able to help us make a great choice in selecting the London Plush Top Deluxe Mattress. We were narrowed down to two mattress the London and one that was more expensive. There was an easy opportunity to try to up sale us to the more expensive mattress and Crystal did not even try. She simply presented all of the facts for each mattress and our decision was clear. We thought that was pretty amazing as we have found that is not usually the case. Catch them during one of their amazing sales for great quality at a great price.

Our mattress is being made and we can't wait for it to be delivered. The turnaround time for getting the mattress purchased, made, and delivered is only 10 days. We expected 2 months. We purchased on May 11th 2024 and delivery is set for May 21st 2024. The entire experience start to finish took us less than half and hour. We expected to be in there for at least an hour or two.When you focus on one thing and are good at it the results show.

Spoke with Sandy and Crystal via a phone call, they both answered all my questions regardsing how their foundations and mattresses are built with top notch materials. Compared to all the box store fronts you see along the freeways.

Hubby and I walked in and we spoke with Crystal who helped with selecting the right mattress for my sleep habits and how to break in the mattress. I ended up buying myself a new mattress Essential Medium Queen for all types of sleepers (back, sides and stomach) along with a Queen 8.5 " foundation box from Texas Mattress Makers. The total priced includes the removal of my old bed/box frame (recycled ♻️). If you are serving in the military or a veteran ask to see if you're able to receive a discount off the price.

There mattresses have a refund & exchange policy and warranty claims. Warranty period by model and a *Break in Period. They're able to build a custom fit mattress for your comfort zone (for back, sides and stomach sleepers). Mattress is thicker and the foundation is built sturdier.

I'll definitely be purchasing a another mattress in the near future for hubby and the guest room.

I've owned a Sealy posturepedic extra long queen, Serta, Simmons Beauty Rest and Stearns and Foster mattresses through the years. I had to deal with numerous sales associates via customer service. To have them bring me an exchange or a new one due to their poor quality of craftsmanship. Coil springs don't hold up overtime or they're poking through the mattress, sagging in the middle of bed or box frame literally...

Crystal was the associate working when I went into the store to find a new mattress. This is only the second one I have picked out for myself and I had a lot of questions, felt very overwhelmed and confused about the many different types to choose from. But Crystal eased my mind right from the second I walked in, I think she must have been able to read it in my eyes, even with a mask on, she just knew I was in need of direction. She answered all of my questions, so politely, asked me my preferences, how I like to sleep, made me feel so comfortable and at ease, all of the nerves I had driving to the store left within a few minutes of speaking with her. I would highly recommend spending some time with Crystal at the Woodlands location, and have since referred several friends, family and coworkers her way for their new mattress needs. Everyone there is very nice and the delivery crew took very great care of setting up my new box spring and mattress, even helping with some special extra little touches. I have had my new mattress for almost three months now and it is just amazing, I love it!!!
