When I started my car search, I was not looking outside of Arizona. A nice 4Runner SR5 popped up online and led me to Direct Auto Sales in Orlando. I connected with Jay, one of their sales people who reached out to me to answer any of my questions about the vehicle. Initially, I told him I wasn’t going to buy out of state. After seeing the low inventory in my area, I decided to explore my options. From day one, Jay was there to answer my questions sent me a video of the vehicle and gave me the name of a company that could do a pre-purchase inspection.. we had the vehicle inspected and decided to make the purchase. It was a very straightforward process and they gave me a good price plus shipping on my vehicle. It landed in Arizona yesterday delivered to my home. Only two issues were that the transport company mixed up the keys so had to get a locksmith to make one at their expense and the paperwork with temporary permit from the dealership was not in the vehicle so I still can’t drive it legally to get it registered and through emissions. Can’t wait to get it registered and start driving...

Ok so first of im not a family member so this is a legit review my sales person was fahad and he was very professional and very understanding my needs i came in looking at a bmw but me being smart understanding again people be smart understand that if your looking for a european car most people dont take care of their cars and unless your going to a major dealership than its probably not going to be serviced their probably going to get it to run and thats it. Instead of getting the bmw i got a toyota camry now the front tires are completed bald its bad do i blame them yes and no cause its a business for the price i slapped some new tires and breaks and i got a reliable car everything else was in amazing condition have a good mechanic looked at it and everything is good i know parts are cheap if its not toyota go to a major dealership and get certified pre owned and i think a lot of the bad reviews would stop just think people. 😂😂 dont expect big dealership service at more of a mom and pop styler dealership stick to toyota honda and your going to have a amazing car...

I went to the dealership to buy a car and I had a brand new 2017 Volkswagen Jetta GLI in great condition with 99,000 miles on it. Never been an accident all up at maintenance. I have to pay off $10,000 With the bank on this car. This dealership told me they will give me the $5000 for my car, they lost their mind. and try to sell me another car finance for 30 some thousand dollars. And the card that I was interested in this also a 2017 BMW I did a report on a lot of these vehicles a lot them has damage been an accident and this guy wants to sell you you a lemon with major issues stay away from this highway robbery dealership!!! You’re better off doing business with a major dealer these backwards mom and Pop dealerships are just bunch of crooks.

I highly suggest everyone to stay away from this dealerships they don’t know what the hell they’re doing. They just want to rob you for your hard-working money that you work hard for, and give you penny out of a dollars for a car that’s worth more than...
