I looked online for a Suburban that could be used a sa Limo in ATL. I noticed this one with a dealer in Florida. Got hold of Jose via text after initial phone contact and asked for their honesty with the vehicle as I would be making a 6/7hr drive down to see it. Jose said it was a nice truck and gave me some info on it's condition. Based on what was said Monday morning 04:30 I headed to Orlando from ATL. I arrived at the lot and Jose came out. He knew I was on my way as we had stayed in touch. I saw the truck and was very pleased to see I had not been lied too. I drove it and again was very pleased to see that the work that needed to be done was nothing more that wear items, brakes, oil. You know, the usual. I told him I would take the truck and while he did the paperwork I went off to the local U-Haul in my SUV and rented a car trailer. I took it back to the lot, hooked it up to the new Suburban, loaded up the Cayenne I had used to get down there and towed the whole darn thing back to ATL. The truck made the trip flawlessly and it was sat on adaptive cruise at 75 mph pulling a car trailer with a Cayenne on the back most of the 7 hrs home. Great truck, great service. When I need another one for the fleet I will be calling Jose the very first in the list. Thank for a great and quick experience. I was able to do ATL to Orlando and back in a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this dealer to buy a car, but when inspecting itāwithout even taking it for a test driveāI noticed the back seat belt buckles were broken. I left and later discussed this major safety issue with the salesman, along with the price. He assured me several times via text that their mechanic would fix the seat belt issue, and we agreed on a price. I was supposed to pick up the car the next day.
When I got stuck at work, I let the salesman know I wouldnāt make it but would definitely come the following day. He confirmed. However, when I asked if the seat belt issue had been fixed, he told me their mechanic couldnāt repair it and that they werenāt willing to fix it before the sale. Imagine selling a car in 2024 with two inoperable seat belt buckles!
To make matters worse, he said the part would cost $50ā$100, but if they fixed it, the price of the car would increase by $3,000! Needless to say, I didnāt buy it. This shady dealer is just trying to sell carsāsafe or notāand clearly doesnāt care about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI spent a lot of time trying to find a used vehicle to purchase online. When I finally found what I wanted, I meet with Aaron (sorry if that's an incorrect spelling) & I told him what I was looking for & my budget. He worked to make sure I got exactly what I went there for & worked with my budget! Not only did he do all of this, but he did so quickly! As we went on a bank holiday, I couldn't just obtain the money from the bank, so he assisted me with getting the payment figured out for delivery tomorrow & rather than having my husband & I spend 4 extra hours of commuting in order for me to pick up the vehicle tomorrow, he offered to personally bring it to me at home tomorrow (which is only a 1.5 hr commute for him during fortunately)! After my experience there, I would gladly return if we want to purchase...
