Do NOT become a Boost Mobile customer. If your currently a Boost Mobile customer I'd advise you to terminate your service. I was recently a Boost Mobile customer but have terminated my service with them as if yesterday 3/29/25. I paid Boost the Xtra fee to have international roaming service on 3/15/25 so I would have service when I went to the Bahamas for 4 days. When I went on my trip my phone did not work. I could not make calls and could not receive calls until I returned to the states. When I reported the issue upon my return to Boost Mobile all they did was tell me they will give me a credit on my account. They refused to issue me a refund which is what I asked for. I paid for the service and they did not provide that service so a refund is the only correct resolution. They refused to issue refunds. So buyer beware! This to me is illegal business practices to tell their customers that all payments are non refundable. So please know Boost Mobile is telling its customers that no matter what happens where they failed to provide the service after accepting payment they will not refund the consumers money. Id advise to look into another cell phone carrier. Since my phone did not work my family could not contact me to make sure I arrived to my destination not could I make an emergency call if needed.
