I don’t go to Charley’s often but when I do I always go to this location and I’m greeted with good customer service and great food. Tonight I had the opposite experience. With my order there were three drinks. The drive-thru worker gives us one of them and tries to close the window and tell us goodbye. We stop him and tell him we actually had two more drinks with our order. He goes to make one again, gives it to us, and tries to say goodbye. We tell him we had one more drink and he asks “are we sure” and looks as if he doesn’t believe us. I give him my receipt and the manager comes up and asks him what happened and they start talking quietly so we can’t hear. He finally gives us our third drink. I wasn’t trying to cause any problems, I simply just wanted the items I paid for. Once we started to eat we were disappointed in the quality of the food. the fries were undercooked and our cheesesteaks were bland and just thrown together. It was honestly the worst I’ve had at this location. I can tell this wasn’t the original staff that I had known. Everyone was unfriendly and didn’t give us the proper service we were used to. Our food was very good but I couldn't enjoy it today because of homeless lady came in and sat down at the table across from us she wasn't eating there she didn't have a drink from there. I'm not a heartless person dut I could not enjoy my food this lady went through the motions of having convulsions she was moaning out loud and rolling her eyes back in her head laying on the table , she obviously was on something and we spoke to the person that took our order Ciro and a couple other employees all they would say is that she had a sleeping disorder. I'm sorry but I am paying customer . So now every time I think about eating here that's what's going to come to my mind so I probably won't be going back! I was waiting on a business call and decided to grab something to eat while I wait. 01/13/22 6pm I dined in at this location and was not greeted upon entering. I walked to the register and examined the menu. Gabriela Cepero was front cashier. Her entire demeanor was negative and unwelcoming. I ignored her negative vibe and asked some questions regarding your new "Old school steak and fries" Gabriela was very nonchalant explaining the prices as if she did not want to be there. I told her I'm sorry for asking questions regarding my order but this is my first time here. She replied "is this dine in or take out?" completely ignored my statement regarding this being my first time at their restaurant chain. I felt as if I shouldn't have continued my order.
