I bought a coil on plug 1EA Drive at this location on 03/14/2017. I ended up no using the piece and never opened the box. I decided today to return the piece 03/20/2017. Come to find out the person that sold it to me sold me a used part with no label on it. The manager Carlos told me that I had to come back at four and talk to the sales rep about it. The "manager" told me this! I can't come back at four and what kind of customer service is this! I have the original recipet and box! I can't believe that they want me to come back at four. I take them back about 30 days later but the guy is rude and lets me know “ma’am you already got the rebate, bc it’s not here on the system as if I’m some sort of person who takes items to multiple places for refunds. I advise him that is not so, and he can look up the receipt and see that we never returned anything and shouldn’t the system also say if a return has been done. He says yeah it should but I don’t see it here but since there is nothing here stating that you should get the rebate, you must’ve already gotten it so I cannot help you. Read moreI came in to look for a receipt that I misplaced. Carlos the first associate was kind and helpful. When Jose came in to assist Carlos at the beginning he was a little rude. He reassured me they do not give copies of receipts. I let him know I need to talked to the manager after 15 min and him printing whatever he thought it was a receipt. ( was a copy from the website of the prof it that I purchased before) the manager Yomayra finally came to help. After waiting another 10 min. I was able to leave with the reprint of my misplaced receipt. Only give them 3 stars because I know that I can always ask for a copy of a receipt.
