DO NOT COME HERE - I called beforehand for an appointment for acrylic removal and emphasize the need for an efficient service. I waited over half an hour for them to remove my nails. It probably took another half hour for them to poorly remove them- during which they cut both of my hands and caused an argument with me when I tried to communicate that I was literally shaking in pain from the cut hands and then dunking them in acetone. I told them this to help communicate a better solution for the removal or to communicate if I should seek another establishment, but I was yelled at by multiple employees. I remained calm and communicated as Effectively as I could, but was met with a lot of anger. I kept telling the employees I did not want to argue. I was not raising my voice, unlike them, but they did not want to hear my point of view and continued to crack my nails to the point where my thumbnail is now in half. Four fingers total were affected by this poor service. I eventually told them I no longer wanted to continue with the service, I paid my dues and I left. The removal would normally cost $10 but this establishment cost $15. They tried to argue I was not bleeding enough for my pain to be valid. I am so glad to have left and never return, as I am sure they reciprocate the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is awesome! My nails are always just how I want them. I got pretty tired of getting regular colors at other places that can't do any design work. Instagram will have you dying trying to have someone do you nails like a pic you've seen. I've gotten so used to this place it's hard to go anywhere else even though the down side is the wait time here. I live near the airport so this is a little out of my way but I still make the drive. Saturday is the worst day to go unless you get there right before they open so you'll be the first or second person. I try and go early on weekdays but almost no matter when you go there will be a wait. They only do walk-ins and no appointments. People criticize this without realizing the clientele of the area...people tend to walk in last minute deciding they want their nails done. So if they were taking appointments and that person didn't show up it would be wasted time. At the end of the day if you are willing to wait you will love your nails like I always do. All the pics I'm uploading are of my nails but taken by the business owners who did them, either...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDisgusting experience to say the least. The owner does NOT care about her customers. She has employees there that are racist and had 2 of their family members there bullying me the whole time I was there. The owner allowed the 3 girls to bully me, throw a water bottle at me as well as threaten harm to me. They were told to go outside where owner locked door but allowed one of them inside still. The others were telling me to meet them outside of the establishment. To make matters worse I couldnāt get my nails finished due to the owner allowing these girls to harass me to the point of saying āmy people owed her 1000 acres and a muleā like what does that have to do with me I am not sure but the owner allowed them to harass me and make racist comments to me the whole time I was there. The owner is unprofessional and is lucky I donāt file on her business for what happened today. As a business owner you have a right to protect your customers. If your employees feel itās ok to threaten people maybe you...
