Ever since I moved to Orlando I would shop here regularly. I even opened a card with them because of the store, staff & ease of it being close to home. That however has since changed. Over the last year I have gone in personally every month to make a payment or purchase - I would provide my license & type in my card number since they screwed up and sent the physical card to my mothers address and not mine - it has never been an issue. Today I went in to make my payment and the guy just looked at me dumbfounded like I was trying to pull some scam and told me they won’t do it that they don’t make payments that way. I asked since when and he said since forever. I told him that I do it this way every time - he then radioed for a MIC to come up, another woman who has worked there for the duration of me shopping there asked what the issue was and then said that they don’t and never have done it - she herself has been one of the associates to do it for me, I asked if that means that every month for the last year someone has been breaking protocol and they both just stared at me. I then said forget I will just call to make the payment and started to walk away. I woman walks up after I’ve alrwady proceeded to walk away and as I’m almost out the door shouts out if you want to make a payment you can just make a payment, no apologies for confusion, no attempt at personal connect, just a rude annoyed response that she had to come up to the front. I personally work in retail and would never allow a customer to be one foot out the door before speaking to them.
I called to make my payment via phone, then stated I would like to make a complaint about a store- I was transferred to the store and then I heard someone say yeah it’s probably that lady & the the phone went dead. Read morePlanned a road trip to here weeks ahead of time. Checked their Google listing multiple times, including the day of to be sure of their business hours. We drove an hour and 45 minutes to this location only to find that they were turning us away to do inventory and shut down early. I have never heard of a business shutting its doors and refusing multiple people willing to spend money just to do inventory which is commonly done after hours.
Also, for such a big prominent store to not know how to utilize and update their Google listing for such an occasion is mind blowing. Google is a HUGE help to both small and big businesses and to use it and neglect to update it is irresponsible. I own a small business and it’s as simple as a click of a button to update these special hours.

Read moreI went in to return something from Christmas and the cashier would not help me with return until she had asked for my phone number and email repeatedly and was answering the phone and helping other people while I was waiting to just do a return. When I finally told her to stop asking for the number and email repeatedly and to please process my return she had a bad attitude but did it so I could leave. Tonight a family member went in to buy shoes and had the same thing happen and she actually charged him $5 in addition to the merchandise he purchased. It was the same lady. I have left a message for the store manager and have not heard back. I will stay away from this store until this issue is resolved and am disappointed that this is the treatment now to shop there.
