KFC — Restaurant in Orlando

I went there last week on a Wednesday I believe or Tuesday Google said they close at 11:00 I rushed there and made it by 10:25 where I found a line wrapping around the corner.. . I waited patiently only to start seeing drivers drive away once getting to the ordering intercom system.... Cuz I got there I realized why they were not answering at all..... No i apologize we ran out just SILENCE.... WHEN YOU PULL UP YOU JUST SEE A LAZY FELLA LEANED UP AGAINST THE COUNTER OF THE REGISTER! IGNORING BEEP waves just blank nobody there smh, drove to the second window and they busy cleaning up and getting ready to go home.... I work in food service guys so I understand how that be that you just want to get out of there but yeah I can't do that to customers because I know any place that I worked at the almighty dollar comes first before us and wanting to go home and if you know that you close at 11:00 ain't no running out of nothing and you should be selling every order because those orders and customers support you getting a check and if you guys don't want to work there or be there then FIND A NEW JOB! PLENTY OF WORK AT HOME POSITIONS WHERE YOU DON'T HAVE TO RUIN SOMEONE'S DAY WITH THE FOOD INDUSTRY AND YOU CAN RUIN SOMEONE ELSE'S WHEREVER YOU WORK!...

Thank you to the drive thru girl who was polite and courteous UNLIKE her manager who was a complete "C U Next Tuesday" I ordered a 12pc. Meal, half original and half crispy with a chocolate cake. When we pull up to the window the girl tells me that they are out of large chocolate cakes but have small ones. So I say give me 4 smalls. She only has 3 but offers the Lemon cake, ok fine I took the lemon cake. Then she says they are out of crispy chicken. What!! Seriously? Um okay fine I'll take just the original please. Then my husband asks if they could spare an extra piece of chicken for our troubles and you would have thought he asked for the world or something because the manager went off on a rant in the kitchen so loud that her employees were even embarrassed by her behavior! This is the last time I go to this KFC. Always a problem with out of items it seems. Probably...

Just came here to buy food and the employees where so rude for no reason we did a mobile order so we went through the drive through to get our order they told us it’s not ready come inside an mind you it’s been like 20m at this point so my BF goes inside to get it and we had ordered some cranberry drinks they offer in the app and she looked at my bf all mean because he asked for the drinks cause she just gave him the food without drinks to then her say oh those drinks are only when u come through the drive through and just stared at him and gave him 2 empty cups…. Smh when she was the one who sent us in to grab our food.. anyways!!!!
