I recently visited J Sterling’s Wellness Spa in Orlando while dropping off my girlfriend for her appointment. We were sitting in the waiting area when something happened that left a negative impression.

To start, I want to highlight Sophia at the front desk—she was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and extremely professional, she made us feel welcome and handled her role with grace. My girlfriend later told me her massage was great, and the therapist did a good job.

However, while we were waiting, we witnessed an uncomfortable exchange. Sophia was trying to brief a laser technician about the next client, and the technician came out, visibly rolled her eyes, and completely ignored her. Sophia repeated herself calmly and professionally, but the technician continued to dismiss her—right in front of guests.

As someone there accompanying my girlfriend and expecting a calm, relaxing environment, it was disappointing to witness such obvious tension between staff. When you come to a spa, you expect peace, professionalism, and courtesy—not workplace drama unfolding in front of customers.

I truly felt bad for Sophia. She handled the situation with remarkable composure and stayed professional throughout, even when she was clearly being disrespected. That level of grace deserves recognition.

Late Christmas review. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Thai, the Spa Associate, at the front desk. Thai was kind, welcoming, and made me feel instantly at ease. Her thoughtful energy set the tone for the entire visit and really added to the overall experience.

Aaron’s presence was calming, my therapist provided a phenomenal experience from start to finish. His presence was calming, professional, and grounded. Aaron’s technique was intuitive, intentional, and incredibly effective.

The room was warm and peaceful, the ambiance perfect, and every detail - from the pressure used to the flow of the massage - was handled with care. I left feeling like a completely renewed version of myself.

I highly recommend booking with Aaron if you’re looking for someone who not only knows the body, but also truly understands how to create a healing experience. This session was a beautiful, memorable gift.
