Review update: After posting the review got a phone call from Chips Network letting me know sorry for the mix up in me getting billed. Their policy is if they can't fix it, no charge. He stood by his policy and two days later we had a full refund returned to our account. Thank you Chips Network for being honest and upholding your policy. This is something not seen these days, and is such a blessing to know it does happen. I would HIGHLY Recommend Chips network to anyone needing repairs. God bless you Chips Network!!!

When called them about asking if they fix GPS they said yes and if they xant fix it there was charge. Then 2 weeks later get a phone call it wasnt able to be fixed by them but they send me a bill for $140. Wont be going back or referrals to them. Disappointed in being charged when told in the beginning no charge...
