Wing Station — Restaurant in Ocala

Was confused about what type of rice I wanted as I was a new customer. Instead of trying to consult with me and figure out what I wanted when I got stressed and confused with the lady ringing my order up, she screamed at me more and rolled her eyes when I said I wanted my rice with no veggies. I was unaware it came without them already and so she thought I wanted something else and input an order before I even knew what I was talking about. It’s this kind of service of a could be return customer that ruins the great food part of the experience cause now I’m sitting here eating my rice wanting to never give these rude people my service again. Yall need to fix your attitudes. I’ve worked in service for 7 years now. This attitude isn’t what’s going to do yalls business an ounce of good. Grow up and treat your customers...

Honestly we have driven by this place daily and never stopped. My 4 yr old was wanting fried shrimp , so we googled it and Wing Station popped up. We arrived to a clean and very busy place..My son had 6 pc shrimp Combo and my wife and I shared some wings and another shrimp combo. Shrimp was delicious and we all really liked the breading...seemed like corn meal in it. The french fries you get are crinkle cut and fresh. Plus u get a ton of them. The wings were exactly what I like. No breading and cooked well done. I had a hot bbq sauce on mine and it was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back. After hearing the hype of this place I’ll give it 1 star. The spicy lemon pepper wings were over cooked drowning in sauce. My wife ordered parmesan boneless wings, which were chicken nuggets sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Not to impressed with the food. However, the real issue was the lack of cleanliness in and outside the takeout restaurant. Trip hazard as soon as you walk in and exposed electrical wires coming out of the ground in front entrance. I don’t like to spend my money in trashy places where they don’t care about their image. Aren’t there food inspectors and code inspectors in Ocala?
