This is the best store with wonderful, caring ladies. First off, Stacey gave us great customer experience. She made you feel welcome and I thought she was going to yell at my teenager for dressing up being silly, but instead called him over to ask if she can take a pic of him for the store's FB page. We received a great bag for free for our purchases, even able to pick our own color. We bought several sweatshirts for our Mom who couldn't travel with us on vacation. Brought them home to Ohio and were too large. I requested if we could exchange for smaller size the store's fb page and got a response within 6 hrs stating she would be more than happy to exchange these for a smaller size in the mail. We couldn't find our receipt but none of that mattered to her. So many stores will not exchange without a receipt and many more will Never take the time to do a mail exchange. Stacey, you are the best of the best with customer experience and I will make it known to all I come across. Thank you for making our trip so much better and for taking the time and energy to go above and beyond for your customers. You are definitely first class!! :) We will see you next...

I would have rated 5 star but our second day in the store the owner of the store was not only rude to us but she was also rude to an employee. Thankyou Hannah,Jessica,Daisy, Isabel and Sher for the best costomer service. I would recomend any of these ladys, but if the snoody old woman who owns the store is there i recomend leaving. By the way we spent almost $300 in this store,next year if ms snoody is there we will simply walk out...Maby Hannah and the others should...

This is by far my favorite shop in ocean isle. The prices are great and they have such cute souvenirs, stickers, jewelry and everything!!! I always accidentally spend all of my money here alone but I never regret it. The cashier is also extremely nice!!! So kind and welcoming I absolutely always come back here.
