This is not a 5 star review. This would be a minus zero if I could rate it that low. The employees seem to dislike their job because apparently if they have a busy day it justifies mis delivering packages, treating their customers rude and playing games with your mail. Their is an employee named Kelly that feels like she doesn't have to answer to anyone. She can break policy, and by doing that mis deliver your package. She has the attitude of someone who has nothing to worry about. Reason being the post master doesn't reprimand or have any consequences for poor performance and customer service. She will lie to your face and offer zero help with filing a claim, offers no instructions on what to do when your package gets delivered to the wrong person. I feel if it's their fault you didn't get your item they should be the ones to process the claim and have to put effort into getting you reimbursed for their mistake. Maybe they would take care in making sure they are not giving your package to the wrong person. Kelly needs to step down and let someone who takes pride in their work take over. I could do your job with my eyes closed Kelly. You are not irreplaceable. Put all your things in the box to the left Kelly and be mature enough to admit you clearly hate your job or life. Not sure what one. And it shows to everyone who has to interact with you from day to day. Do us all a favor and get a night audit job at a hotel so people don't have to be slapped in the face with you undesirable attitude. I will change this to 5 stars if you take...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can only speak for customer service in the office, as my mail delivery has only just begun. But, I have to tell you, so far my experience is absolutely amazing, and why I find some of the scathing reviews a bit perplexing. I have had quite a chaotic experience getting set up since moving here through no fault of theirs. Every step of the way Kelly, Jessica, and a young man who's name I am unsure of, have been nothing but kind, and extended me courteous considerations due to what was out of my control as well. They always meet me with a smile, say hello, and actually seem genuinely concerned about figuring out the issue, and the difficulties surrounding finding my mail, and getting my mailbox in for weeks now. Also things are done a bit differently here than where I came from, and they have not gotten exacerbated, or made me feel uncomfortable as I'm trying to kind my way with the newness of it all, and instead have treated me with great patience and understanding. Moving is a very difficult thing at any age, but I think especially when your just this side of 60, and don't really know a soul. I for one can't tell you how grateful, and appreciative I am that whether they know it or not, they were actually the biggest day brightener those first few extremely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGoing to a post office is never an experience to speak of but this post office has been difficult to adjust to. When asking for information, the answers we receive are vague when it comes to address changes, mail delivery, and receiving mail. We paid to have a PO Box because finding out how we were expected to receive our mail was unacceptable on both their end and ours. I think they're front desk people are doing their best however we've had to work around their negligence, whether it's unbeknownst or of their own doing. The lady who works in the mailroom, Roseanne, is rude, and yells at customers waiting in line for their packages. Their job is to deliver our mail to us, not them return our mail to sender because they're too lazy to deliver it to us. Mail that was sent to us has been lost on several occasions and they make unacceptable excuses for why they lost it and don't care because they don't have a supervisor to complain to. Our payment for our mailbox was automatically renewed 6 months later and when I went in to tell them we no longer needed a PO Box they refused to close my account and refund our money. The incompetence of this post office fits the...
