Went into this store for the first time with my mom to find her a dress for my wedding (which I was willing to pay whatever price if my mom was to find a dress) but the problem started with me having 3 children plus we babysit my nephew who is almost 2 all week long and I work every weekend so the only time we have to go shopping for her a dress together is with kids. So we went in and at first I was able to keep the kids calm well when it was time for her to try on dresses my nephew was starting to get cranky from me making him sit down for so long but of course that’s a toddler they have very short attention spans once he started screaming and was no longer controllable I pulled him out the store which sucks because I couldn’t look at dresses anymore with my mother which in turn caused her not to find a dress. That night we get on Facebook and the owner had a made a post about us and the kids. First of all once my mom didn’t like some of the dresses the owner completely ignored her and then on top of that you are making Facebook post about your customers. Very unprofessional and I hope anyone with children gives this lady no business. We will never step foot in this store again and I will make sure that every person I knows not to step foot in...

My daughter and I had gone all over looking for dresses…Slidell, Mobile and then to local stores in Ocean Springs and Diberville areas…Two of the ones local (which shall remain nameless for now was of NO HELP at all… we walked in and it seemed as if we were INVISIBLE… no one greeted us or even looked our way… it was very disheartening because the two stores were recommended… after failed attempts to find anything and on the the way home…my daughter just happen to look up and see Formally Yours… we really weren’t sure if it was open but to our surprise it was .. from the moment we walked in we were greeted with a HUGE SMILE and bubbly personality… Ms. Amanda asked us questions as to what she was looking for… she took time out to assist us… needless to say WE FOUND THEEEE DRESS…. matter of fact… we found SEVERAL…. seeing the joy on my daughters face said it all… I will forever be grateful for such EXCELLENT customer service… whenever ANYONE ask me about formal wear…. FORMALLY YOURS will be my answer to give……...

I was referred to Formally Yours by a good friend and I am so happy that I went to check it out. I was in need of a formal dress for our cruise and found exactly what I wanted and needed. I ended up buying two dresses. Amanda, the owner, is a breath of fresh air. She was so very helpful and knowledgeable and knew just how to help me find what I needed. She was able to order one of the dresses I wanted in the color I needed and it came in very quickly and she kept in touch with me throughout the process.
