I absolutely love this place. Ashlynn gives excellent customer service and is so personable. More stores need more people like Ashlynn and should take notes on how to give excellent customer service. I am always greeted with a friendly smile. She makes it a point to get to know her customer's by first name and I love that about her. She also always knows what I get and is getting it ready when I pull up without me having to tell her. Ashlynn is very knowledgeable about all the products and is very helpful. Couldn’t have been any more rude! Lady working acted like I was bothering her, got what I wanted then stood over by the water cooler to make my kratom shot. She then asked me very rudely if I needed anything else, when I said no, she said “I’m not supposed to let anyone stand around here” this is after I purchased something and had been there less than 5 minutes, I won’t be back. Always a pleasure visiting this small chain of stores. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they act like real priorwho are genuinely interested in how to help you. Not some micromanaged corporate employee who has been coached to say things in a way that keeps them out of a lawsuit or costs them money.

This is the type of business that I will always choose over the big box stores (luckily the big box guys don't stock what the Candy Shop has).
