BEWARE: COMPANY WILL HARASS/BULLY YOU DAILY IF YOU LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW!!! I have been harassed for the past 4 days. COMPANY DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR LACK OF ACTION AND WILL BLAME THE CUSTOMER!!! The company never returned my call from November 27th. I left a voice message that morning. Company even stated that they saw my screenshot where I called them. Other companies returned my call but not this company. Instead of apologizing for not returning my call, the company blamed me for their error. Company has poor customer service skills and fail to take responsibility for their lack of action. If you leave a negative review, the company will harass and blame you instead of taking responsibility. This company is not professional. I am glad I got my computer fixed somewhere else. I would avoid this company. Update: If you don't return potential customers' calls, that IS a reflection of your business! Another computer company fixed my computer. That company didn't have a problem getting back in touch with me either. If you saw the screenshot, then you saw that no other calls were received from your phone number. Stop making excuses and just accept that you never returned my call!!!! You are making your company look worse by making lame excuses! You never returned my call! I have a phone log to prove it!! Rem is amazing!! Not only is he highly qualified as a tech, but he is diligent, very responsive, personable and caring!! My computer crashed while I was out of town on vacation...all my data disappeared! I took it to a local tech who was recommended by my neighbor and who had an excellent Better Business Bureau rating. That tech was stumped and not able to correct the problem. Rem responded immediately...even taking time late into the evening to make the needed repairs and help me restore my programs!! I’m a Boomer senior and in my generation people looked forward to their children becoming doctors. I would MUCH prefer to have a TECH DOC in my family. So. I’m “adopting” Rem!!! Rem is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and fair. He'll give you the best price possibly to fix whatever is wrong with your computer, and offer many different methods. If he needs to hold your device for extended periods, you can rest easy knowing that they're in careful hands.
