LOST POWER TO MY HOUSE IN GULF PARK ESTATES LAST NIGHT. I ONLY HAD POWER TO MY MASTER BATHROOM. I TRIED FLIPPING ALL THE BREAKERS TO TEST IF THEY WERE TRIPPED. IT DID NOT WORK SO I CALLED JOHNNY JR & HE WALKED ME THROUGH OTHER ALTERNATIVES TO GET THE POWER KICKED BACK IN. UNFORTUNATELY THOSE MEASURES DID NOT WORK EITHER. HE RECOMMENDED I CALL THE POWER COMPANY SO THEY COULD CHECK THEIR END & AMEN WE GOT THE POWER RESTORED!! I WOULD LIKE TO THANK GUICE ELECTRIC FOR ALL THEIR GIVEN ADVICE OVER THE PHONE & FOR SAVING ME HUNDREDS. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASY FOR THEM TO COME OUT & DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM BUT THEY CHOSE TO HELP ME OVER THE PHONE VS. MAKING MONEY IN THEIR POCKET!! I call Rotor Rooter out to my house about 2 year ago and was told I needed a new grinder pump. After finding out it was almost $5,000 to replace a grinder pump. Guice electric came out and found someone in my house flushed a baby wipe and it stuck my pump causing something electrical to burn out. So I only had to pay $200 to be up and running again. Every thing one was very professional. I will definitely have repeat business with them even if it is just for electrical work. As a matter of fact I am having them came out and check my grinder pump today. It might just be another electrical issue because of a baby wipe. My grinder pump shorted out at my residence. I called Junior with Guice Electric and he had a refurbished pump on hand. I met up with him a short time later and purchased it. Price was great compared to two other businesses I called!! While I was hooking the power to it, I had an issue ( I don’t know a whole lot about electric hook ups). I called Junior and told him and he was quick to help me out. Then, my switch float was shorted out and Junior had one on hand. All this took place on a Saturday and Junior with Guice Electric went above and beyond to help me out!!! I recommend Guice Electric and will use them for any other issues...
