The Wilbur Bar — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

Absolutely fantastic experience. Evacuating from New Orleans for hurricane, my small family and I came to stay at the Roost (fantastic place). The Wilbur is a cocktail bar attached to the hotel with original drinks and a menu of plus bar food and nicer choices. Everything was fantastic. I've had fine dining in NO and other major cities domestic and abroad, and I've had small bites attached to cocktail bars in every setting. I can honestly say that the Wilbur was equal if not superior to anything else I've ever had. Gourmet hamburger and fries for dad, fresh and vibrant salad for mom, pizza for the 4 year old and toasties for the baby. We also had the shrimp scampi dip, similar to a fresh tuna dip, and it was great. Also had a much needed drink, no complaints there. The service was also top notch. Casual and attentive.
