701 Craft — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

Where do I even begin… When I tell you from the communication, service and patience that was given was on point and out of this world I can’t even describe to you how thankful I am for 701 Craft/Eat.Drink.Love. I was the coordinator for my 10 year class reunion and unfortunately things happened with the past venue and so I only had one month to plan for a back up. The catering manager, Lindsey was so patient and understanding and helped me through everything along the way that needed to be done with organization, the menu, the venue, the staff, The professionalism, the communication and just much more. The ambience is beautiful, we ended up having a wonderful specialty drink for our class and I’m so happy that we were able to rent out the entire Eat Drink Love section for our reunion. The food was on point. The drinks were on point . Everything was just amazing and I wish I could stay and do more things to thank them even more. Our class reunion started only having roughly 55 people we ended up having about 75 to 80 if I’m giving a rough estimate and it held us all together pretty great. If you are thinking of doing a dinner, an event or just wanna hang out I highly recommending going and booking and making that evening a night to remember. This local eatery, bar, and venue is by far one of my favorite places to have ever celebrated a friend's birthday. The venue itself was so gorgeous as there are really great views of the water and surrounding area. The catered food was honestly the best I've ever had considering the event. The staff were very chill and friendly and made you feel right at home. The upstairs bar and restroom were a whole vibe in itself. Love the patio seating and the outdoor area. It was very nice listening to a live band and having the breeze blow off the water. The pier was nice too. I most certainly recommend booking 701 Craft for a private event. This is probably one of the worst places I have EVER been to. It took an hour to get our food and on top of that ALL of our drinks were flat when I asked for a new one it was the same as it was before if not worse. The waitresses were extremely rude to us, especially when trying to order our food and drinks. I felt COMPLETELY disrespected at this establishment. ALSO, they said they were going to take off the drinks when we get the checks the drinks were NOT taken off and she said “I would have to get a manager pin” when another friend asked if she could get hers taken off when it was a water the waitress gladly took it off...
