Eat Drink Love & 701 Craft — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

We cannot rave enough about Eat Drink Love and also the bar 701 Craft! The owner, Lauren, has dedicated so much time and effort to ensure that all of her guests have the best experience possible and it shows! We’ve never had a bad meal or drink. Tonight, we tried the new items on the bar menu, the Oyster BLT and the fried pork chop Sammie, and wow….what dreams are made of! I tried the ham and Brie today for lunch and delicious! The BBB will be the best burger you’ve ever had….without a doubt!

3 stars for the food. Everything tasted fresh. The staff in the front taking orders was super friendly. A few of the waitresses in the dining area are pretty rude and seemed stressed. It appeared to the guests seated by the patio door that the staff was having difficulty getting food to the patio area while having to open and close the door. Not only did she make it aware to the dining area that keeping the door closed was irritating her, she then preceded to show her frustration by slamming the door shut every time she went through it. If it’s a necessity to leave the patio door open to bus food, maybe you should inform patrons not to sit there if they mind the 20mph wind whipping through the door. I am so busy as a small business owner and always feel guilty when I can't cook the type of meals my family is used to me cooking. I walked into this lovely space for the first time a week ago and walked out knowing this problem was now solved for my family. I raided their freezer for meals I could thaw in the morning and we could eat for dinner. Healthy and completely guilt free. There were many vegetarian options and I am hoping there will be more gluten-free options soon for me to choose from.
