I rejoined AAA to register an out-of-state motorcycle purchase, in lieu of the California DMV. AAA DMV counter employee was curt, rude, and condescending (to someone who is not only a Consumer Advocate professional, but and advanced practice cardiology specialist). She was of no help. I called their ridiculous "digital assistant" finally getting to that office telephone, seeking a supervisor to discuss this, and that employee refused to give me the name of the office manager or the owner, and forward my call! I wrote to AAA's national CEO. He ignored my email for a week until I told him again what I do or could do (Investigations, reviews and lawsuits). He then had someone else reply for him! They also misspelled my member name. I was finally called by an office manager to discuss the matter 21 days after the incident. Luckily the statute of limitations in California is one year. I am cancelling my membership in favor of using my USAA services. What an unprofessional national organization and private business location....No 800 / 877 consumer help number listed on any of their websites, either! Good luck if you aren't an attorney. Suggest you save your money and get your tow services via you insurance provider. Maps any other thing can be found easily...
Read moreUsed AAA Driving School for 3 kids and was extremely happy with lessons and what was taught. Appreciated the detailed curriculum plan and feedback from instructors after each lesson. Also appreciated that during the lesson it is only the instructor and your child in the car (some other programs let more than 1 student be in the car at a time). Mr. Jamieson was our favorite instructor, but I was happy with the patience and knowledge of all instructors. For last child we used online scheduling which made it easy to schedule/reschedule lessons around his busy schedule. We did the 10 lesson program and were very happy with it ... we figured the more opportunity to learn from well-trained instructors, the better prepared and more confident our children would be driving. Definitely would recommend AAA Driving...
Read moreOur Son took the 6 hours driving course with the Valencia Triple A. They have many instructors available to teach. They use their Triple A company cars to drive around and they have a set path to follow. Both the instructors that our son had, were super awesome!!! Scheduling the drive time online is really convenient and easy. Its set up to only schedule two weeks at a time which works well.. Thank you to both Mr. Jamison and Parker Christman : ) [ He finished his last drive training with Parker shown here holding the completion...
