I've finally found my go-to spot for the perfect bagels, and I couldn’t be happier! I can't even begin to express how much I adore Top of the Bagel! From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with the warmest smiles and a local vibe that feels like home.

The bagels here are nothing short of extraordinary. Freshly baked to perfection, they have the perfect balance of crispy outside and chewy inside. I personally can't get enough of the everything bagel, but the blueberry and jalapeño cheddar are also delightful surprises. Each bite is like a little piece of heaven! What really sets Top of the Bagel apart is their incredible variety of homemade toppings and spreads. The herb and garlic cream cheese is my absolute favorite! So light and fluffy yet bursting with flavor. Customizing my bagel here is always a fun and delicious adventure. If you're in the mood for something more substantial, their turkey pesto panini with avocado is simply divine! I love that they only use the freshest produce and Boar’s Head deli meats.

I am not a big coffee drinker, so I really love that they offer a selection of fresh juices and smoothies in addition to coffee, making it easy to find the perfect drink to match your mood.

What impressed me most is that the service here is truly top-notch! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Rosio and Karla are always eager to help me with recommendations. Even during busy times, they manage to keep everything running smoothly and make you feel like a valued guest.

I can't say enough good things about Top of the Bagel. It's a gem in the heart of Carlsbad, and I look forward to every visit. Whether you're a local or just passing through, you have to stop by and try their bagels. Trust me,...

It is with great I pleasure recommend Top of the Bagel. Top of the Bagel catered an event we organized for about 90 people. Our food included assorted bagels and cream cheeses, smoked salmon, veggie bagel toppings (tomatoes, capers, onions), egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, greek salad, and fruit platters. We considered them after talking with another family who was happy working with them at a similar event, and we decided to proceed with them after tasting their food and talking to the owner Asha. My wife and I had never organized an event of this size completely on our own, so it was a stressful experience, but Asha was a pleasure to work with and assured us that she would make sure the food responsibilities were in good hands. Leading up to the event, she was extremely responsive to numerous questions we had, made helpful suggestions, and was essentially a great partner in planning. The morning of the event, before the guests arrived, Asha and her team set up all the food in a way that looked very presentable and was easy to access in a buffet style line. Every item they brought was delicious, and I received many compliments from the guests. Additionally, Asha made sure our concerns about quantity were totally unfounded, as she made sure to give very generous portions. Overall, working with Asha and Top of the Bagel was a great experience. We would absolutely eat at their location, use them for catering needs again, and recommend them to others.

The bigger lady that makes the food acts like she hates everything the entire time She won’t give you anytime to decide what you want even when you ask maybe 30seconds And I come in all the time and pay with Apple Pay. There system was down and could only take a card and they told me after I ordered and they made all of my stuff…. Then had me leave after twenty minutes of me watching them make everything. If it your system is down should have given it to me and at least told me straight away But they literally don’t care about...
