Beware before going into this shop to shop. I shopped there recently and I have been ripped off after I gave them my $241.00 cash. Yup that's how much I spent there. Their Inventory is very Exclusive, however their Customer Service is not. The day after I got home to look at everything I paid cash for, I noticed first that they didn't even give me a receipt I thought I was getting in one of the two pretty bags they put only some some of my purchases in. Quite frankly, I'm strongly certain I should've had 1more bag. They don't have a dressing room so Customers have to try on items on the shop floor. They do have a room Customers are barred from and I believe that room is where they do their dirty work like switching shoes/boot sizes, scratching out those items sizes removing the items prices, removing items I wanted to keep and substituted with items I didn't want nor select. After I tried everything on then to check out, they'd also removed the $3.00 dollar items I selected which could've saved me ALOT from their $3.00. And again, NO RECEIPT. Those are, in short, how I was ripped off. I've called the shop on 3-5 occasions to at least speak to either one of the two employees (the owner being one of two) who were very inactive with the items I was to get but didn't but for the fraud and negligence I was victimized without my knowledge. Except for the ONE EMPLOYEE I spoke TO, asking him to give the owner my message to call me back but she hasn't, ALL THE OTHER TIMES THEY KEEP HANGING THEIR PHONE UP. This is enough for now but it's not all or how I was ripped off and certainly not how I'm going to proceed. I don't care how nice their items are, I refuse to let anyone rob me like they have. I'm not going to be calling them anymore. I will be reporting them for fraud, theft and...
Read moreI went in there trying to find some vintage clothes and all I saw were pants with poop on them, creepy homeless old men that were talking to themselves, and it smelled so bad. ( I know old clothes smell duh but put on some furbreze air spray or something. And when I went up to a lady and asked if they had mom jeans she looked up at me and said “MOM jeans????” and I said yes. She said to me “ well if you couldn’t see we obviously don’t have those in your size” And I said ok. Then I turned back with seeing that the employee was rolling her eyes at me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ( especially don’t go there if you have kids, are a teen trying to go thrifting like Emma Chaimberlain, or are by yourself) There are so many creepy people in the and they were smoking inside and then trying to talk to themselves....
Read moreA small but very tidy and well-curated vintage store that has remarkably fair pricing; it’s kind of crazy how big vintage and consignment shops have become over the past decade or so, and prices for preloved garments and accessories have skyrocketed to the point that “thrift shopping” is no longer all that thrifty. But this shop doesn’t appear to price-gouge their customers simply because everyone else in the industry is doing it. So many good pieces at amazing prices (most tops and shirts were under $7, and jeans and pants around $10), oftentimes they are even new with tags attached. The selection was varied and eclectic, and Christa, the very friendly and helpful person who helped me, said that new things are constantly coming in. I will...
