101 Jewelers — Local services in Oceanside

Found 101 Jewelers because it was recommended by a jeweler in Vista who said they were good at making custom pieces. Gave a deposit and was told in writing that the project would be done in 2-4 weeks. Stopped by the store to see if it was done in week three and was told it might take another week....possibly a week and a half. Called at the end of week 4 and was just told that Ozzy hasn't even started the project yet. That he's still working on repairs from December! No definitive time to complete the project this time. "First come first go" she said. Was told that if I can't wait an indefinte amount of time that I could pick up the item I dropped off and get a refund. Huge waste of time. On top of everything...he was super aggressive and rude when I came to pick up my piece.

My husband & I love The Jeweler Times! We had been wanting to go for a while since my wedding rings needed resizing & serious polishing/cleaning but couldn’t due to it being 45 minutes away. Recently, my husband finally decided on having it done & Ozzy did more than expected with a great price and great quality! His work is great & you could tell he knows what he’s doing!

We didn’t trust any other jeweler with our rings but knew we could trust Ozzy!

Bottom line, the 45 minute drive to and from was worth it! I love my rings! They look better than ever!

Will definitely be back for any jewelry service...

Very pleased with The Jeweler times. I took in a few watches that needed to be sized polished and repaired and ozzy the owner was very friendly and informative. It's a new small business but the owner and his family have been doing it for a very long time. Pricing is affordable and my watches came out looking like new. I've taken in more pieces since; some earings and gold/diamond rings to be polished and am very happy with the work. Thank you! Oh and if your also wondering they sell some of there own jewelry as well as make wedding bands/diamond...
