This location routinely has customer service issues, mostly - in my experience from just the few times I’ve gone - with unfriendly service and rude or indifferent (at best) attitudes. This morning I stopped in hoping to finally have a positive interaction - you know, the law of averages says one of these times is bound to be a good one, right? Nope. Not in this universe. I’m just a sucker I guess…. It was 9:50 AM so they had only been open for less than an hour. The bin that had tomatoes was near empty and looked like mostly cut ends and small pieces. I asked if they had any more tomatoes and the person behind the counter just simply said “no” like I was asking a ridiculous question and inconsiderately interrupting their moment of doing nothing on the company dime… come on now, there’s no way you don’t have another bin - if not multiple bins - of tomatoes. You just opened the store! Do you honestly expect those dinky, miserable little samples to last the whole entire day? Either this place is terrible at prepping or the person was just flat out lying to me because they didn’t want to go get more. Either way it’s unacceptable service. I’ll give them one star because most of the rest of the stuff looked fresh and clean, but spiritually it gets a fat ZERO. And that was the last chance I give this location. Read moreWaited a ridiculous amount of time for some girl to make her way out of the back room as if she wasn't being paid to be there. Left asap because the restaurant was for some reason a 90° sauna. When I got back home with my 2 sandwiches, I opened them up only to realise that ALL of the sauces & seasoning of the second sandwich was on the other sandwich, and the second sandwich was completely dry and falling apart..... How do you even mess up that badly?! I'm not ordering food here just to have to fix it at home myself. It seems that every time I order from the app at a Subway, it excuses somebody to mess up the food becuse nobody is there to walk them through it holding their hand like usual. Never making the atrocious mistake of leaving somebody to.... god forbid... make a ham sandwich UNSUPERVISED.. Not one to leave scalding bad reviews, but you actually have to TRY to mess up a sandwich as badly as she did. And the other reviews about 1/4 of the bottle of sauce being dumped grossly into the messiest looking sandwiches you've ever seen was also accurate. Really felt like it was a waste of money in the end. Somebody should drug test this girl. Important to note that ive been to this Subway more than once and nothing put me off as badly as this experience. And they've made some pretty dumb mistakes in the past. Read moreTerrible customer service. Found three small pieces of plastic in my sub at the last bite. My daughter went to let them know about it, lady ignored her when she said, “excuse me.” Kept ignoring her presence for a few minutes and then after my daughter repeated herself, lady said she’d speak in a moment. When she finally decided to speak, white cashier lady was rudely talking over my daughter after she was trying to let them know. We didn’t need a mere $10 back, all we wanted to do was let them know so that it won’t happen again, but while my daughter was explaining, this lady kept talking over. She rolled her eyes when she told her I found the plastic on the last bite. It could’ve and might have already happened to a child or someone else who wouldn’t have known what they were eating. These pieces of plastic were sharp, if someone had swallowed it, it could have affected their internal organs. I had to intervene when I saw this rude behavior, none of the other employees did anything.
