I dined inside my local El Pollo Loco Restaurant. I placed my order with the cashier Jim he was very personable and friendly to me. I ordered the (3) Grilled Chicken Carbon Soft Tacos, one order of Tortilla Chips with (3) Spicy Red Salsas, (2) Cinnamon and Sugar Churros, and one regular size Sprite Soft Drink. My order total bill was $27.00. My Order Number was called by one of their employees and I picked up my order at the front counter 15 minutes later. My food was prepared and cooked very quickly. Then I brought my (4) items on a tray and walked over to a booth and sat down to get ready to eat my food for my dinner time.
This El Pollo Loco Restaurant was very busy that evening with a lot of customers ordering Mexican food from their menu Board.
First I took small bites of one of the Grilled Carbon Soft Taco this is filled with really delicious chunks of tender grilled Chicken meat and other ingredients I mentioned before in my review. I enjoyed eating these (3) Grilled Chicken Carbon Tacos. These tacos was also very delicious and very healthy with fresh ingredients.
Then I ate these lightly salted Tortilla Chips with one of these spicy Red Salsas. The combination of the Tortilla Chips and the Spicy Red Salsa was very tasty. Then I was drinking my refreshing Sprite Soft Drink. This Sprite Soft Drink has Lemon and Lime flavors. It’s one of my favorite soft drinks besides Coke.
For my dessert I ate one of the warm Cinnamon and Sugar Churros. This Churro was very delicious. I was very FULL and satisfied with all the food items I ordered and ate for my dinner time that evening
I received excellent customer service from Jim. All the employees was wearing their face masks the whole time and also wearing gloves. The tables were sanitized and I saw a woman employee wiping down every table before she allowed me and their other customers to sit down and eat our food items. I highly recommend this El Pollo...
Read moreI'm at home sick with Covid. My husband gets me a salad. They forget the dressing. They keep forgetting the dressing but I usually catch it and come right back. He got all the way home and has to go back to work so he cant drive the 10 mile round trip again to retrieve the dressing for the salad. I call manager- Eduardo who goes in and out of being able to speak English. He pretends no habla when it suits him. He laughed at me and said what do you want me to do? I said replace the salad with the dressing please. He said no, you got the salad right? I said yes but no dressing. As you can imagine he ran with that and played with me as if he were a child. He asked if I got salsa and I said yes but I don't like it and its too hot. I have COVID! My throat is sore and I cant stop coughing. I feel fragile, I cant handle the extra heat on the green avocado salsas. I need the cilantro dressing my salad comes with and he just does not care. He was the biggest you know what. It's either I come back now and spread my Covid to all of his employees and customers or I can forget about it and stick it in the garbage for all he cares. I even told the man that I am sick. Read moreThe worst El Pollo Loco location I ever been too! They always forget to give your order correctly or don't give you sauce or forget your water. I was go through the drive through and it is the same problem almost every visit here. Today the cashier didn't even give me a fork or spoon. I had to drive back to ask for a fork and spoon. Although if you eat inside you get a fork and spoons automatically. Every time before today I would get a spoon or fork but today after confronting the manager he told me this location is not allowed to give out spoons or forks at the drive through anymore and thats policy. How the hell is it possible that I am paying almost 30 dollars to eat here and I cant receive a damn spoon or fork. I don't come here to eat for free I pay just like every other customer. The food is good here though I'll give them that but the customer service from the cashiers...
