Roast on Wheels is the real deal! From start to finish, working with John and Melissa was an absolute joy. They were flexible, communicative, and brought such a fun, professional energy to our event. The food? Next-level. What was devoured immediately was unforgettable—and what we saved for the next day... even better (if possible) all together just mind-blowingly delicious!! You can tell they’ve mastered their craft. The flavors were bold, balanced, and beautifully executed. Whether you're hosting a backyard bash or a formal celebration, Roast on Wheels gave me an experience that was elevated, down-to-earth, and unforgettable!! Everything was absolutely amazing...I seriously can't say enough to do justice!! If only you could taste a review...!!!

John was a great help, I use to order my pigs uncooked from a local grocery store that is no longer open. I called John and asked if I could just purchase a pig, because we will roast with friends in my backyard. John was able to get me the size I needed, but even more thoughtful was he came and dropped it off at the house the morning of the roast. ( I could not drive because of resent foot surgery). With the help of my friends we prepared the pig, seasoned and put in in the box, 4:30 hours later we were carving and enjoying a delicious meal. Thank you John, we will use you again and 100%...

My husband and I had the privilege of hiring Melissa and John, owners of Roast on Wheels, to cater my husband’s 60th birthday. Communication was fabulous and they delivered exactly what was agreed to. They were on time and the food was delicious! They also completely cleaned up the site. I cannot recommend them enough for any catering need. I hope to have them back...
