China Magic — Restaurant in Ocoee

Loved their food but this last customer service experience will not have me coming back. I had already had a disagreement with the lady about the online order and let that go at the time of pick up but when I got home and was missing an item and called back to informed her that. she said no, that my order of garlic wings did not come with plain rice and it would be an extra charge from the special. I try to inform her it clearly states that online and on the order page that, plain rice is part of with my garlic wings order. She never acknowledged the mistake of using the online order nor apologize or offer a solution. After not being able to get my point through I hung up on her and loss my lunch...

So I don't really know what happened after Hurricane Irma but I went there and order food for me and my family......the rice was dry as sand on a beach the noodles(lo mein) was extra mushy, no flavor and when I asked for the spicy mustard they didn't have it nor did they have extra plates for my kids to eat out of......and when I asked for more duck sauce the gut gave me 2 more to go with the 3 he gave me. I did mention I was feeding my family right? It's 6 of us! Oh and I got 2 napkins...asked for more and he gave me 3 more .......can't. Service is meteocor and the food...

Honestly, hands down best Chinese I have ever had. Since moving from Miami I have been struggling to find somewhere that is up to par and I haven’t found it … until now.

My mom tried this place on a whim and we’re obsessed. We order on DoorDash and are willing to pay whatever to eat from there. The food always arrives piping hot (and we don’t live close), is fresh, full of flavor, and somehow, even the following day, their crab ragoons are still crunchy??

Whatever you guys are doing, keep doing it, we love you guys and if you see my order pop up on door...
