I’ve been going here since they opened and never had any issues but this last trip cost them a long term customer... mrs. Rafaela im really disappointed on how you treated me and my hair completely disgusting. I went for a routine wash and set and on my way to rinse the deep conditioning out the middle sink had problems with the hot water it basically was only running freezing ice cold water and i told her its too cold i’ll wait for another sink to free up she allowed me to know that my hair was no good and on hair like mine she’s even gone as far as putting ice on peoples hair so the cold water is good for me. After a few minutes going back and forth I eventually told her im done the poor girl doing my hair kept apologizing cause she knew it was wrong.. she kept speaking Spanish the entire time saying “ she has no good hair” i know cool water is good for damaged hair but that water was freezing cold and for that i will NEVER return or recommend...

I wish I would have read these reviews grvire stepping foot in this place. I went with pictures for a cascading layers haircut and a 2 tone dye. I specifically asked if she knew how to make the haircut look exactly like the picture and Maritza was super confident. The color came out good but the cut was far from the same, I texted her since we finished late and I only noticed the big difference once I was home and she told me to come back to fix it. Against my intuition I went back only to get my hair chopped up as if I had a 5 year old cut it. I want to cry so bad. I am not the one to make a scene and it's not like she could have fixed it anyways so I just told her it was fine and left. I went with super healthy, up to my waist lengh hair. 😭😭😭went home to cry.
