If I could give this place zero stars, and not suggest or recommend them to anyone in Odessa, I certainly would. They are rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. I have been paying on a fridge for over a year, and had an agreement with one associate that my payment would be $194 when I came in to pay the next day. My husband went in to pay, and they tried to charge him a $30 late fee. When I went in to confront them about this "late fee," they gave me my money back and found out a late fee is only supposed to be $20 in the first place. This place and service is RIDICULOUS! Without consent they took out 76$ out of my mother's account unauthorized. She's been making payments for 8 months and missed ONE PAYMENT! She calls and tells them to come for the laptop if all of this was causing trouble and the lady she talked to laughed and said that we had to take it ourselves as well as telling her well her card was on file.
