Tried to call to get info about Geek Squad for services. Automated system took too long and too hard to reach a real human. So drove to the store and was told I needed to pay $199 for a Geek Squad membership before they could even write up a service ticket and tell me how soon they could do the work and how much it would cost. Definitely not worth it, and just another reason I stay clear of Best Buy in general. Have never had a good experience through them in more...
