WORST dining experience in the permian basin. Where do I start..... From the waitress telling me she has lemon and honey for a hot tea, only to bring me a tea with no honey, or ordering an app with our drinks to get the dinner salad before the app even came out. Or....... when I asked what's happened to the app, our server tells me " they are busy in the back, we have 4 twenty tops" ( did i mention we were there right after opening and there were NO 4 groups of 20 people even around) Then she never came back to our table. She made sure to take care of the 3 single guys that she knew RIGHT BEHIND our table. Ok, rewind....We ordered Lamb chops and Staak & shrimp combo. The waitress asks the Mrs how did she want it cooked and does she want a fully loaded baked potato. My girl says med well and no bacon, butter and if you have sour cream. I say, Lamb chops and Brussel sprouts and asparagus. About 30-35 min later, a food runner brings out the meal. An over cooked well done steak and PORK CHOPS. I tell the runner, " it must be a mistake ma'am, I ordered Lamb Chops" she takes it away. About 15 min later, another runner brings out my dish, PORK CHOPS. I emphasize, I ordered Lamb chops, she takes it away. Now we are over an hour into our table, what seems like an eternity. Eventually a nice guy Jacob brings out the Lamb chops. I ask for the manager, who apparently had not been made aware of this fiasco. Karey, I believe she said her name was, the manager immediately came over. She did try to make everything better, and offered her condolences but unfortunately it was too late. You can't throw a life vest to someone who has drowned. How do you bring pork to a Muslim TWICE and expect him to eat......WORST mothers day gift I could give my girl. 2025/02/27 - After a long history of super service, the new management is awful. We have many times brought a group of 30 to eat a steak dinner for lunch. We would set up the event in advance with Laura, who was the manager at the time, so they could be prepared for us with tables and servers. We would come early at 11:00 so not to disrupt their lunch crowd to badly and be able to get in and out quickly. Out groups had grown to 40 so we discontinued using Longhorn since they woudl have a hard time taking care of a groups of that size. Having a smaller group of 15 this month we decided to go back to Longhorn and called on 2/17/25 to set up the lunch for 2/27/25. Upon arrival they had not idea they were coming. The manager hid in the back allowing his receptionist to handle the situation. Finally after requesting him, the manager Marcus White, came to the front and said that was impossible for anyone to have dome what we said, and that they never take reservations and never have. SO ... instead of saying oh my we made a mistake can we do this another day, he called us liars. When I asked if he was calling us liars, he asked us to leave that he would not serve us (which was already obvious). Wow ... went back and read recent reviews. This place is crashing. It is a shame this place has gone so far south. I once frequented this place.

   Read moreThis was my family's first time ever coming here. I heard nothing but mixed reviews about this place. Yesterday was my husband and mines 8 year anniversary. We had a 20 minute wait which was fine with us. Jacob was our waiter, he greeted us, my husband ordered a beer at the bar and had a ticket . He told Jacob, hwy they told me to give you this and Jacob walks off and grabs a beer and brings it back. (That's not even what we said) he came back and grabbed our drink order, and appetizers but his mind was somewhere else. His comment was oh I thought you said you needed a beer. Clearly not if we are handing you a ticket. đ He said he would get us silverware. He came back with our drinks, still no silverware. Grabbed our dinner orders, still no silverware. We get our appetizers, and salads.. still no silverware. I stopped TWO other waiters for silverware... STILL no silverware. 15 minutes after receiving our salads and appetizers we FINALLY get silverwares. The food was amazing, however his service was not. His mind was not there AT ALL! As someone who was a waitress before he needs training, I don't care how long he has been there. He needs training, especially on how to wait and listen to the guest. I would come back but will ask to not be seated in his section. His tip was low due to the service...
