So, first i list my likes. 1 everything is color coded and very well organized. 2 they always have multiple sizes in stock for there high heel selection. 3 the employees always ask if you need help but dont bother you the whole time and they wrap each item you get with care. 4 they have a nice public restroom even though its a more fancy store they still allow you to use it. Now the dislikes. 1 every different color of earrings is basically the same style just a different color. 2 the bracelets are alittle overpriced and not the best quality, they tend to break easily. Store is cute. As a former Versona manager, this is definitely not the best location, but it works. Racks needs to be waxed way more and some clothes on display never saw a steamer. There seems to be no recovery on the floor throughout shifts or assigned areas for employees to greet and assist customers and keep each quadrant clean. Corporate should have invested in window tints considering the angle of the business in relation to the suns position. Also, maybe triple check a few things with someone who is actually fluent in Spanish before they go public if accessibility to Spanish speakers is...

I stopped by the store this afternoon with intentions on shopping. I entered the store and spotted two employees talking amongst themselves behind the counter. I navigated my way through the store and no one spoke or offered any assistance. I have no personal complaints regarding the store, but it seems like customer service is lacking across the boardeverywhere. It is a hit or miss because my first time visiting at the store.
