Awesome quality, always buy jewelry for my mom and other family members there. Even though the lines/wait may be long, the quality more than makes up for it, and there is surely no reason to complain about the wait. I would like to specifically highlight one worker, Ms. Autumn. She is an incredible worker; thorough and sweet, patient when I have trouble deciding what I specifically want. She always has a smile, willing to work with anyone, and any time I have interacted with Autumn she is nothing but helpful, I wish I could be helped by her every single time. Not to mention she is quick too, I can just tell she is efficient. Even though she is quick, it is easy to tell she loves her job, and she cares about what she does. Anyone saying that any discrimination or racism is occurring towards customers within the store do not know what they are talking about.    Read moreToday I went to James Avery to get my bracelet clean. I ended up selecting a charm ⨠Baby Footprint ⨠I asked the sales associate if she would help me with a gender reveal. She (Krystal) agreed so I handed her the envelope and told her whichever charm pink/blue coordinated with whatâs in the envelope. Krystal had a big smile on her face and said âthis is excitingâ. She covered up the screen so the details wouldnât pop up and then she folded the receipt and handed it to me. I went to pick up my bracelet after 5 and explained to Nevaeh on my intentions with my merchandise. They had everything wrapped, in a box, and in a bagâ-normally when I get my jewelry cleaned there, they grab it out of a clear plastic baggie and just hand it over.    Read moreI love James Avery & have for over 20 years. This review is about the store itself, not the jewelry. We were greeted & helped very quickly upon entering the store. We wanted to look for a little bit & when we were ready to choose our items, the employee was too busy to help us. I spent about 45 minutes in line to check out. They packaged them beautifully in a JA box, gift bag, tissue paper, and added gift receipts in a JA envelope for each gift item. The staff were friendly & helpful. In my opinion, they didn't have enough staff to deal with the customers. I saw 1 girl on the sales floor & 2 cashiers. When we left, there were probably 25 customers in the store.
