Subway — Restaurant in Odessa

This is usually a good store. Went tonight and a Steph was working. Horrible service. I got a Mexicali and the wife got a subway club. I got Italian bread the wife said she would take the other half. Steph dug through all the breads and said they had a Italian herb. In order to get a 1/2 regular Italian they would have to go through the trouble of getting a 12 inch and cutting it. Both our sandwiches called for avocado. They informed us they had run out and didn’t have the 2-3 hours to thaw out more. we asked for salt and pepper and was told they didn’t have any packets but if we really wanted it they could put some in a to go containerAsked if we were planning on eating there or taking to go because they closed in and hour and said it was illegal for customers to be there after closing time. Who takes over an hour to eat...

Unfortunately did not have a good experience with this subway. Did an online mobile order for a couple sandwiches with drinks and chips. When I got there to pick up my order, I was told by the staff that they did not have any bread other than flatbread. I explain that I’ve already paid because I did mobile online order. To find out they didn’t even realize there was a online order. I told them it was fine to just substitute the bread for the flatbread that they had. Then I was told that they did not have meatballs for the second sandwich that I ordered so I had a change that ordered also. Last but not least for the drinks I got a orange Fanta (did not taste like orange Fanta) and a sprite. Finally when it came to the time to eat we also tried the sprite and it just tasted like carbonated water nothing...

Don't come here until they get their machines are fixed. They did have a note on the door saying the toaster wasn't working, I wrongfully assumed they had at least a microwave to at least heat the meat. They didn't. I ordered a rotisserie chicken with bacon and when I saw they couldn't even heat the chicken or bacon. I asked to change my order. The lady told me there was no way to take the meat off because I had ordered shredded cheese, and they couldn't separate it out. So they made me pay for a foot long sandwich that was nasty. When I said I didn't think that was right, she response was "You should have read the signs." Normally, I would have just left, but i was with other people. There is way too much sandwich competition to be so rude. This cured me of wanting to go to...
