JumBurrito — Restaurant in Odessa

Me and my mother went in the drive thru and had asked for 4 regular egg and bacon burritos. About $4 per burrito, but we've known this place forever, we know the price will go up, but the burritos are still good. Well we get home and open our burritos to find out if was definitely not worth the price. I even had called back up there to see if they could give us our money back or another set of burritos, but she only said that that's how small their tortillas come in and they can do an exchange. Not happy at all that they had no consideration that we would have waisted gas just for the same quality of burritos. I'm very disappointed in how they raised the price that high for such a skimpy thing to eat, smaller than my hand.

So this is the Jumburrito. First off please remove jumbo from the name. Train your workers to hand out the complete order. I almost didn't get my coffee but I regret getting it because the coffee was like they put a half a teaspoon of instant coffee in a liter of water. When I asked the employee for cream and sugar I was given a dirty look and only given 2 sugar packets. So now the burrito. The eggs fried in margerine obviously mixed with undercooked potato chunks and a cold type of cheese that doesn't melt easily. Leading me to believe it a very low quality cheese. The sausage is the kind you find on cheap microwavable pizza. The sauce is blended green tomato with a chemical that makes it super hot probably what they use for hot chips. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! AVOID...

I live in dfw now, and this is one place I always come back to when visiting! Can't pass up my smothered stew meat & cheese burrito! Always fast service and never feel rushed to get in and out. This trip was especially nice thanks to Julian! He was super helpful, extremely well mannered, and patient. Best person I've encountered at this location (and I've been coming here since high school)!

Eta: Jan 1st.... not a national holiday, but I guess everyone was scared of no one showing due to hangovers and they closed completely. As seen above, I look forward to my visits here, so this is a total let down and a loss of stars for me (not that the SI out here...
