When this places first opened up a few years ago service was great. However staffing for these individuals has always seemed to be an issue. At first I thought there new and trying to get settled…fast forward 4 years later and it’s always the owner and her husband, no one else working. They have a beautiful salon with several chairs to bad they just can’t seem to get staff. They both do good work but to wait hours on end and get told to come back all day is frustrating. You go in and wait 2+ hours if she’s with someone, you make an “appointment” wait another hour after you wait or get the “can you come back later”…today was the last time I’ll be walking into this business. I came this morning to get my eyebrows waxed and she said come back later, I said does 230 work? She said yes. Come 230 I walk in and again she says “oh can you come back later” the answer was no, this is the last time I’ll ever come back here. People value their time and clearly for months/years now that just doesn’t matter to this business owner. I’ve been patient because once I find someone I like as in their work I will do my best to stay loyal but enough is enough. If you have all the time in the world to waste this is your place…other wise supporting other small businesses is definitely...

WORST I’d give 0 stars if I could ! First off rude / not the best service, French tip was not it , & wen I went back she fit 1 nail but wanted to charge $5 to fix a nail & blame it on cuz I had a fake nail compare to real nail yet I told her I wanted to remove my fake nails but she said “how do you want me to do that?! We don’t do that I’ll just paint on top of your nails “ like okay?? Yet Everyone knw about the l Cotten & foil method to soak em off but ok … then wen I Asked for a soaked off on hand nails which I thought was free like most places but no it was $10 per hand & then this is what she left me w/ let alone I asked for $30 pedi & she charge me for a higher price $35 but I guess she added her own tip because at end she told me total was $60 ?! If I could give zero stars I would! The lady that runs the place is so rude and rushes you and does her work sloppy and fast. She told my sister to hurry that she didn’t have time for her to be picky. She told me to have common sense because she didn’t want to do what I wanted.
