Pho Viet Odessa — Restaurant in Odessa

My boyfriend and myself decided to eat here after working out as it’s right next door to our gym. We placed an order to go and sit down waiting for our food. A lady brings our food to the table in a bag and last minute we decide just to eat at the restaurant. So we’re taking our food out of the bag and the younger girl comes over to our table and tells us next time we need to let them know in advance that we are eating in house because they pay extra for the travel containers and that she’s not trying to make us uncomfortable but guess what, completely made us uncomfortable and embarrassed us in front of everyone there. I don’t see what the big deal was but we will definitely...

Best place to eat in Odessa and Midland....food is the freshest and is always so consistent.....would highly recommend any and everything on the menu....and just for the guy who left a negative comment about meat ...that particular dish is charred on purpose;gives it that smokey flavor...might not be your thing...but as a business owner, myself...seems like they went way out of their way to make things right and offer you a different dish and then didn't even charge you.....hopefully you will do the right thing and delete your rating...customer service is top notch, too....if you have a choice...this one on West County is hands...

I was going to eat here as the place has good reviews, but witnessed the owner cussing out a couple of women and being very rude. I have never seen anything like that. I asked them what happened and they proceeded to tell me that one of them found a hair in their soup. And the other woman didn’t want to eat her’s because of this. When they asked the owner for their money back just for the soup that was how he reacted. I was shocked. Then I read other reviews about this place and can see this owner is very confrontational about any negative reviews. Needless to say I did not go in and decided to...
