Boomtown Babes Espresso — Restaurant in Odessa

I have been a customer of Boomtown sine they opened their doors on E. 42nd. Over the past few years and mostly under the current manager, the quality of the business has gotten worse. You never know from one day to the next if your coffee is going to be made correctly. There was only one person left at the business that was friendly, outgoing, and always remembered her customers names and what they drink. Her name was Erin. In the current management, it doesn't matter if you can efficiently take care of your customers. It matters most that you kiss the managers butt. Long story short, this business has lost the classiness that once was impeccable. It's also not a good thing for the manager and another employee to discuss an employee that is not there in front of paying customers at the window. This place has problems. The management here needs to change and turn things around if it wants people to keep coming back. The managers here fire all the girls that are great at their jobs and the ones they keep are bad ones. One of the girls who work here, Sarhay, is awful and the worst of the girls who work here. One day, when I pulled up while she was working, I did not get her right away. When she finally recognized my presence, she apologized and told me she was distracted. Distraction is not the only issue with her, but it is also her demanor and attitude. She rushes and hustles her customers, including me, and the way she interacts with her customers is questionable at best. She is definitely the un-friendliest of the girls, and the most awful. I will not be going there ever again because of her, unless the manager, Joy, or the business owner, Nyssa, at a minimum, fires Sarhay for being unprofessional and...

I visited while driving through Odessa, and not only was the young woman waiting on me extremely beautiful, but her personality and service were 2nd to none! Extremely friendly and courteous, I’d have gotten into my undies and stayed and had coffee all morning if they had tables and internet! There are other types of venues in that town that try the same thing but girls don’t have the kindness, etiquette, maturity to Boomtown Babes. Coffee was great too! Overall...
