After a recommendation to have a repairman come look at my clothes washing machine, I called and scheduled an appointment. The verdict was I needed a new part and he would return to fix it. I appreciated his service therefore I decided to call and order a new dishwasher because I thought they seemed trustworthy and competent and I wanted to support local small business. The day of the next service call to replace the part he never showed up nor returned mine or the office’s phone calls. The next day The owner called me and sent someone else down to make the repair however in his words “if I would have been on this call the 1st time I would have known the transmission and gear box is done”. So I called Bill and ordered a clothes washing machine along with the dishwasher. Due to the inconvenience, and lack of communication I experienced, I requested for an additional compensation/discount. He offered me $40 but kept playing around with numbers and told me he would call me back on Saturday. Never got a call back even after leaving a message on Tuesday. Called again on Wednesday. Conversation ended with he was cancelling my order because he felt I didn’t want to do business. How? If I didn’t it’s my right to go where I want and if I didn’t then why was I still trying to give them a chance to make it right. So if this is how you want to be treated because I didn’t come into the store and was doing it over the phone….a sale is a sale but obviously not to them. They say we will be right out and they ARE!! May not be the guys who fix it, may just be to assess the situation, however the guys who are to come and fix it come just as quickly!! They come they don't pitter patter around, they get the job done, done right the 1st time and I have always been very happy!! Some complain they are a little pricey.
