Disappointed.. I ordered shoes from here and reached out less then 12 hours after receiving inquiring about an exchange.. I was told I’d get a call back and never did. I even emailed no response. I drove 3 hours to exchange for another size which they no longer have and cannot order for me. Then after everything wouldn’t even give me my money back.. gave me a store credit for a store that doesn’t have what I ordered and can’t get it. No sympathy that they dropped the ball and I’ve already showed loyalty. Really disappointed in the lack of care on their own mistake. What a waste of fuel, money and time. And I left with nothing. I get it’s a small business but an accommodation should have been made. Don’t force me to shop with you again because you messed up....

Let’s see…. This place is amazing and the owner is even more amazing. Great place to shop for the wife and to get those last minute “whoops I forgot” gifts for birthdays, anniversary, and even “sorry I messed up” gift ideas. The have some guy clothes and hats too, so that’s always a plus. Oh and let me not forget ladies night. It’s a night where your wife leaves you alone at home with the kids while they go shop with friends and spend all your overtime money. I know I know, “I don’t want her spending all my money” well guess what, get use to it. Plus side is if she spends it here it’s helping out a local family (business owner) and friend also. So...

They have anything from clothing for women, men, kids and babies, shoes, decor, and jewelry! Gift cards are also offered. The sweet owner and staff are always helpful! Lillies and Lace offer in store and online shopping which I LOVE since I have moved away. It allows me to still snag my favorite pieces...
