I absolutely love and adore this store and the great people that take care of it! It's the best Box Lunch I have ever been to and continue to go back everytime I get the chance! Isaah and Aj are incredibly phenomenal when it comes to anything and everything! They always take care of my girlfriend and I, along with the many people I see them help while we are in there just browsing the store! They're always so sweet and their customer service is top notch! I can't forget to mention they always have the best products so I know I can count on getting just what I'm looking for when I stop by. Please bless these guys and stop in and let them help you, I promise you won't regret it, it'll be the best Box Lunch experience you ever have! Unprofessional staff. I have always enjoyed this store very much, but I will be visiting less in the future. I understand staffing quality employees is difficult at this time, however the staff should at the Very Least NOT threaten to assault a customer. I was shopping at the Penn Square Mall location today and observed that very scenario between a Box Lunch employee and a customer. Is it too much to ask for a little maturity, if nothing else? This particular customer was asked to leave for not following the stores mask policy. The customer was leaving when the 3 staff members started speaking in very hateful, disrespectful, and threatening ways as the customer left. As a customer still in the store, observing this, I was Very uncomfortable. I left without my purchases, and will not be back...

My mom and I were in here last weekend. All I wanted to get was a pair of socks. When I got to the register, the girl asked me for my phone number. I asked if I had to provide it and she told me yes. It got to the point that I gave a fake phone number. Then she asked if I wanted to join the loyalty program and I said no, which in turn made her ask for more of my personal information. I was being harassed and consistently asked for my personal information which I made very clear that I didn’t want to give it out. As we were leaving the store without our items, the other young girl working said “we are just doing our job. “ I then said “we will go somewhere where we won’t be harassed.” She argued back saying that she wasn’t harassing us.
