I called last week to see if they had a set that was sold out online. They did. I asked what time they closed on Saturday and they told me they were closing at 6 because they had employees out sick and didn't have the staff. I show up at 5:15 on Saturday to a sign on the door that they closed at 5 due to no staff. According to Google they do not open until 12pm. So I don't understand why the people that are there to work can not work until the time the mall closes. I can see closing maybe an hour or two early, not 4 hours early especially on Friday and Saturday. It is ridiculous that they are only working 5 hours a day! As they are the only de facto toy store left in Penn Square it’s crowded with kids and parents on the weekends which makes it difficult to browse. Although the small space limits their inventory, they do stock a good selection of the more popular items.
