The LEGO® Store Penn Square — Local services in Oklahoma City

I called last week to see if they had a set that was sold out online. They did. I asked what time they closed on Saturday and they told me they were closing at 6 because they had employees out sick and didn't have the staff. I show up at 5:15 on Saturday to a sign on the door that they closed at 5 due to no staff. According to Google they do not open until 12pm. So I don't understand why the people that are there to work can not work until the time the mall closes. I can see closing maybe an hour or two early, not 4 hours early especially on Friday and Saturday. It is ridiculous that they are only working 5 hours a day! I drove 75 miles one way to go to this store....

Fun to visit, but they leased one of the smaller locations inside the mall. If you wish to purchase a gift recommend visiting during weekday hours. As they are the only de facto toy store left in Penn Square it’s crowded with kids and parents on the weekends which makes it difficult to browse. Although the small space limits their inventory, they do stock a good selection of the more popular items. Lego’s are not the same as when I was a kid, our Lego’s came in a large box and we had to use our imagination to build things. Steve here is the best, knowledgeable, super friendly not just with us but noticed him interacting with the kids guiding them to the Minecraft Legos. This guy rocks and definitely made me want to sign up for the Lego Membership if just to get him any sort of metric accomplished. Steve keep it up and the entire team here keep those smiles going. Definitely come here to get your Legos folks, not a vast variety of certain products but a wide range of items from Jurassic Park, Batman, Build your Own, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Minecraft and more!
